Damages & Shortages
Please thoroughly inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery on the carrier’s BOL. Keep a copy of the BOL for your records. Please take a picture prior to opening the package. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos of the damaged box(s), packaging, and product(s) to returns@BrewMyBeers.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please keep all boxes and packaging until the claim is resolved. Brew My Beers must be notified of all damages/shortages within 5 days of receipt.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Initial shipping charges will also not be refunded. All returned items must be in new un-used condition and in their original packaging. Re-stocking fees of 15%-25% may apply. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Brew My Beers must be notified of all returns within 21 days.
Notifications must be sent to returns@BrewMyBeers.com and we will notify you of the return shipping address.
